Q: What does the Interdev’s COVID-19 vaccination form do?

A: Paramedics would be sent an electronic form that they will fill out when requesting the COVID-19 vaccine. The form will record key information required to receive the vaccine (e.g. name, date of birth, health card number).

The assigned paramedic service manager can review the data and export it to Excel, other electronic platforms, and share it with stakeholders. Easily send it to public health authorities responsible for the distribution of the COVID-19 medication.
